Eligibility for Refunds
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage.

- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or altered products
Return Process

- Pack the items securely in their original packaging
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Ship the package to our return address (provided via email confirmation)
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. For size or color exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
